Active Gets Graphic for ESPN Deportes LaunchHouston Business Journal
December 22, 2003 Active Imagination Inc., a Houston-based sports marketing and creative design firm, has been selected to provide graphic design support for the kick-off event for the Spanish-language sports network, ESPN Deportes. The 24-hour all-sports station is set to launch in Dallas at the American Airlines Center on Jan. 7 and will feature a National Basketball Association game between the Dallas Mavericks and the Golden State Warriors. Active Imagination's designers used the ESPN Deportes standard logo and added a splash of vibrant color and sports-related imaging to create a strong identity for the invitation, credentials and flyers for the events surrounding the launch. The end result is a complementary look to fit with the recognizable ESPN logo. |
